Project Description
The product has a special open heating spiral for the most optimal heat transfer, as well as a large depth of conjugation, a fairly wide welding zone, a cold zone at the end, preventing the flow of molten mass. PE 100 SDR 11 Maximum working pressure 16 bar (water)/10 bar (gas)
The scope of the element:
This plug is used for long-term, permanent closure of access to the superstructure of the saddle of air-chamber valves. Useful as a stub of pipe d 75.
Instructions for work:
Welding of the superstructure of the saddle of air-chamber shutoff valves with a plug of type SPA K is made in accordance with a special welding – reliably and with axial force closure.
The valve seat superstructure is welded with a plug in accordance with the General requirements of the installation manual. To do this, remove the oxide layer from the surface of the pipe, degrease it, etc.
Ten convincing arguments in favor of the plug of this type:
- Large mating depth for a good fit;
- Extra wide welding area;
- Highest stability due to the large wall thickness;
- Particularly wide cold zones on both sides of the welding zone;
- Open heating coil for optimal heat transfer to the pipe;
- Slight annular gap to create optimal melt pressure in the weld area;
- The contacts are protected from touch.
