Valve for tapping under pressure with an outlet dlinnym

Compact product made of PE-VP absolutely without conventional threaded connections. The drive spindle is made of special alloy steel 1.4305. No additional isolation is required for this node.

The product is used for reliable tapping into existing pipelines with the usual pressure of up to 10 bar (gas) and 16 bar (water) without leaks, and without chip formation. It has a special design integrated cutter with an upper and a convenient lower stop, moving along the metal sleeve.

Max. 10 revolutions for opening / closing. There is an open heating element for the most correct and optimal heat transfer. The shut-off valve requires absolutely no maintenance and is controlled by a rod (e.g. FRIALEN – EBS).

The length of the outlet pipe is designed for only 2 welding. This product is Certified by DVGW, reg. Nr. DV-6611AU2253, DV-6611AU2254 and DV-6611AU2255. PE 100 SDR 11 Maximum working pressure 16 bar (water)/10 bar (gas).
